On June 22, 2023, I had the joy of connecting with readers at the E.D.
Locke Public Library in McFarland, Wisconsin. Sharing my memoir, Womb to
Tomb to Womb, in such an intimate setting was both humbling and uplifting.
The evening was filled with meaningful conversations, thoughtful questions, and
the shared warmth of community.
In my book, I chronicle a life shaped by both hardship and healing. From
my early days as a nurse navigating the emotional toll of paediatric care, to
the personal trials of divorce and therapy, and ultimately to my calling as a
spiritual director, the journey has been transformative. Nature and prayer have
been my steadfast companions, guiding me toward authenticity and grace.
Originally from Canada, I now reside in Wisconsin with my husband. My
days are enriched by painting, journaling, and the ever-present beauty of the
natural world. I never envisioned myself as an author, but through writing,
I've discovered a path to deeper understanding and connection.
Engaging with readers who find reflections of their own experiences in
my story is profoundly moving. I am grateful for the opportunity to share this
journey and hope it inspires others to embrace their own paths with courage and
faith.
